PAPERCRAFTS
- I guess I have a strange hobby of making paper crafts. I find it relaxing to do so because it's one of the few things in my life these days that doesn't require a screen with bright light.
I wish I had a gluestick or some sort of nice glue to make these things with because scotch tape sometimes doesn't work very well...
逆転裁判 / GYAKUTEN SAIBAN & 塊魂 / KATAMARI DAMACY
Project Start & End: December 30, 2006 - January 16, 2007: To tell you the truth, the only reason why I play Gyakuten Saiban (Phoenix Write Ace Attorney) is to legitimately make these paper crafts. For this it took me 3 hours to do both Mitsurugi Reiji (Miles Edgeworth) and Naruhodou Ryuichi (Phoenix Wright).
The hardest part about making them is aligning their feet so they can stand on their own.
Ayasato Mayoi (Maya Fey) took at least 2 hours because she had more parts and was built differently than the guys.
Initially the heads took a minimum of 30 minutes to make. Yes, I didn't cut out the "Mega" on purpose. It gives the image some purpose and flare.
The Katamari Damashii house was something I made the year before. I have another one along with it. Sesshoumaru lives in one, and a paper Prince lives in the other. Both houses sit on my desk in my room.
PERSONA 3
Project Start & End: December 2008: The protagonists of Persona 3. These were the first paper crafts I took to the print shop to print in high quality. It took me a while to assemble all the characters (about an hour per character because I like to use precise cuts with a paper cutter, nail scissors, and regular scissors). I finished these around
Christmas time so I put them under the family tree. Then they suddenly dissapeared along with the tree. I wonder where they went...

PERSONA 3 FES
Project Start & End: April 2009: Metis was very fun to make, although a bit time consuming, because I've never cut anything like her "skirt" before. Also she has that long spear. Too bad I haven't played Persona 3 FES before because I find her character design to be very unique.

PERSONA 4
Project Start & End: April 2009: Here are the protagonists of Persona 4. They took just as long to make as the Persona 3 characters but at least they didn't "dissapear" like the last set did. These patterns came with each character's Persona and backdrop. I only made the protagonists from this set with exception to Suzuka Gonzen. I'm not going to post a
picture of Suzuka Gonzen because she looks horrible without the backdrop.

LEGEND OF ZELDA
Project Start & End: April 2009: I know the green guy is Link but who is the other guy? Regardless they're cute so I printed them both. These paper crafts are slightly smaller than the Persona protagonists.

RESIDENT EVIL 2: LEON S. KENNEDY
Project Start & End: April 2009: I couldn't resist folding a Leon S. Kennedy paper craft (although he did come with a giant Nemesis.. wrong game!). In this picture I put him along with my Resident Evil 4 Leon & Dr.Salvador figurines. It seems that Dr.Salvador likes chickens?.

ODIN SPHERE
Project Start & End: April 2009: I love the design of Odin Sphere but I can never bring myself to finishing the game for some reason. I wish I printed extra copies of her hair piece because it'd look nicer if they were double sided.

FINAL FANTASY XII - ULTIMA
Project Start & End: April 2009: Ultima probably took the longest to cut and assemble. It took about 1 1/2 hours to cut, and 1 1/2 hours to fold and assemble. I recall taking several days doing this when I was making it. This is by far my favorite paper craft!
