SWORD OF THE NEW WORLD: GRANADO ESPADA
- I remember that group project I had to do with friends who all happened to be World of Warcraft players. We were supposed to work via a chat medium, but it ended horribly as they dropped from the conversation one by one due to their "addiction". They tried suckering me into it by saying that I'd be able to ride a turtle in the game,
but the truth is the turtle is pretty ugly. I've had a lot of friends who were addicted to MMORPGs in the past so when I started Granado Espada I was scared of becoming addicted. I still am, so I treat it as if it were a console videogame. Considering how much time I spend on those....
THE VARETH FAMILY
I play on the Orpesia server.
If you're wondering how I came up with the lastname "Vareth", think "Radiata Stories + Lezard Valeth".

MUSKETEER = CHLOE VARETH
I wanted to name someone after myself so I chose the one that most resembled me. Not that I have something for hair, but female musketeers have my old hair style. Thus, she came to be. Musketeer Chloe eats bullets, and looks saucy with the pistols. She also levels faster than the other characters mainly because her character
is the one I control most and her long range attacks enable her to kill things before the other two do.

WIZARD = NAOE VARETH
To tell you the truth, the only reason I chose a male wizard was because they look good. Thus, Naoe came to be. "Naoe" is derived from the Japanese historical figure "Naoe Kanetsugu". Coincidentally, I also named a random Pokemon of mine after the same "Naoe Kanetsugu". Apart from looking good, Naoe's role in the party is support magic. I really want to get him a white. He deserves one.

FIGHTER = LUCIAN VARETH
Since male elementalists look like romance novel material, and male scouts sort of remind me of elves, I chose a male fighter only because their costumes look better and also because they're "fighters". This character is named Lucian primarily because of my interest in the name "Lucian". Like with those in the fighter class, Lucian tends to run off
from the family to fight. |
